Bey was spotted out in New York City, sporting some serious Rapunzel-style hair plus she’s rocking a cool ankara print top.
Her extra long braids reached well past her waist, and even though she looked fab in a printed top, black skinnies and heels, it was her hair that caught the eye immediately.
